It’s time once again for the latest edition of the Spring Parade of Homes. This tradition lets people who are thinking about working with a home builder in Edmond OK get a feel for the work that each builder does. We’re happy to have a home included in this year’s 2022 Spring Paradeof Homes and hope you’ll stop by and let us tell you more about our model home, other homes we build, and the communities in which we build.
The Spring Parade of Home takes place April 22, 23 & 24, and April 29, 30 & May 1. Homes are open from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. These are some new opening times from past parades so please take note. As always, the Parade of Homes is free for the public to attend.
For the Spring Parade, we’re showing off our floor plan called The Red Bud. This charming farmhouse style home is deceptively spacious, as it extends deep rather than spreads out wide, with close to 3,000 square feet, depending on the options you choose. You can find our model home at 6500 Oxnard St. Edmond, OK 73034, in The Preserve at Covell Valley community. This is a brand new community with homes starting around the mid $300s, and if you act now, you can get in early enough to choose your ideal lot, as well as choose from a variety of floor plans. Take a tour of The Red Bud, our most popular plan, which is our model home at The Preserve at Covell Valley, and feel free to ask more about our designs and the community.
To give you some idea of what The Preserve at Covell Valley will be like, this community is designed to be a picturesque, gated new home community with stunning views of the greenbelt, plus a community pool. It has also been designed for accessibility and convenience as the community is located 1-minute from I-35. You have a quick and easy commute to Tinker Air Force Base, and the community is less than 15 minutes from major shopping centers, recreation centers, and healthcare services. Plus parents will be happy to know it is served by award-winning Edmond Schools, including Centennial Elementary, Central Middle School, and Edmond Memorial High School.
As for The Red Bud, once you tour the model, you’ll understand why it’s our most popular design. It starts with a cathedral entry, carrying through to a cathedral ceiling in the living room, and it features large, covered front and back patios, ideal for relaxing or entertaining friends. Along with the four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a formal dining room, and a three car garage, there’s also a large bonus room and a potential fourth bathroom upstairs. This home comes with some flexibility to help you create the home that is right for your lifestyle. Our team can help you understand the various options and answer your questions as you tour the home.
We look forward to seeing you at this year’s Spring Parade of Homes and even if you can’t make it, or decide you have more questions, you can always contact us directly to learn more about this home, community, and more. As a respected home builder in Edmond OK, we listen carefully and work closely with you to help you end up with your ideal home.
