Shawn Forth Homes of Edmond OK is looking for bookkeeper/office manager to assist with the accounts payable, bank reconciliation, payroll and HR file maintenance, vendor file maintenance, insurance and other business functions. This is an established position with structured operating policies currently in place.

Major duties of the position include:

  • Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable
  • Coordination of the phone system
  • Payroll processing
  • Purchase orders

Qualified Candidates will possess…

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as full charge bookkeeper.
  • Experience with construction and property management accounting preferred.
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks preferred
  • Professional telephone demeanor
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work
  • Computer literacy
