We had the pleasure of working with Shawn Forth Homes to build our home. We had never built a home before and had always heard how much of a headache building can be, but not with Shawn Forth! Throughout the building process we received continual communication and professionalism. Any minor issues that popped up during building was immediately met with a resolution. Upon completion, the hard work and love that was put into our home was immediately apparent in the quality. We feel so fortunate to be in a Shawn Forth home and can’t recommend them enough. Colin our Super, was on top of the subcontractors, they use small crews that pay attention to the details. When things were missed they were fixed fast with no impact to schedule. For context a floor outlet was missed at initial foundation pour and a window we moved 6 inches wasn’t moved. Now for the over and above’s. Our super told us, we would never give you something that looks bad, and they stuck to that. For context, our front garden was initially very small and due to the entry way and porch. It only made sense to make the entire area a garden. They did that at no cost to us. The side entry garage landing pad according to plan was small. Not small enough for us to realize it wasn’t the most useable space due to the angle of the approach. They expanded it, by a lot to make it very convenient. No cost to us! We had a stain that looked bad on the mantle they changed wood type. A home is really made with finish carpentry and they have the best team. This builder truly lives up to model homes. Only use Shaw Forth!

We can't say enough wonderful things about the whole Shawn Forth Team! Shawn, Collin, and McKenna were so helpful during out whole build from start to finish. Our home is so beautiful! The phone app used to help with selections and communicate to their team made the process very smooth. They took time to listen to us and our needs, let us know what was going on any time something came up, and answered our questions quickly. McKenna met us to help with our selections and guided us when we were unsure. It only took from March - September for the build to be completed once ground was broke. Collin and Mark helped us a lot during the walk throughs and educated us on our new home. Once we were moved in, we saw a few additional things to take care of and they came back right away to help. We were looking for the right floor plan for our multigenerational household and after a few months of researching we landed upon the Lacy Plan. We toured their model homes and absolutely fell in love! Making decisions on a new build is not the easiest thing to do but the Shawn Forth team made it smooth. They use a platform called CoConstruct for selections and communicate/update their buyers, which made it easy. Our process took a little over a year and anytime we had a question or an issue, they were quick to respond and resolve. By the end of the it, everyone we worked with felt like family! Shawn Forth is not like other builders. He’s compassionate, honest and works around his buyers’ needs. We absolutely recommend building a home with them!

Shawn Forth is a very good guy. Honest and hardworking. He makes an excellent product. Of course, subcontractors do the work and there was some frustration with that. Shawn Forth was good about fixing mistakes and trying to keep quality high. Home building has inherent challenges and frustrations but Shawn worked with us and helped us build a wonderful home. Thanks
