Parade of Homes Recap: Two Homes, Lots of Cookies & Great Memories

And just like that, the 2026 Fall Parade of Homes has come to an end!

This year, we had the opportunity to showcase two Shawn Forth Homes—our newest model in Lost Creek and our model home in Cross Timbers. After months of building, designing, and perfecting the details, it was exciting to finally open the doors and welcome everyone in.

A Look Inside Our Homes

From the thoughtfully designed kitchen and butler’s pantry in Lost Creek to the custom details throughout both homes, we loved sharing what makes a Shawn Forth home unique.

We also partnered with Wilson Watersports to display a Malibu surf boat in our Lost Creek shop, showing just one of the many possibilities that come with a shop-approved lot.

Cookies, Conversations & a Giveaway

The Parade was about more than beautiful homes! We baked cookies all weekend long, gave away a Blackstone griddle, and had some great conversations with visitors—especially those ready to take the next step toward building their own custom home.
