We Don't Stop When the Build Does

One thing you'll notice if you follow us closely enough is that we don't stop caring about a home the moment it goes on the market. Two of our current listings are a good example of that. At 6941 Lake View Drive in Cashion, we went back and added a full upstairs bedroom to a home that was already finished, staged, and listed. At 2509 Piedmont Court in Edmond, we updated the exterior with a new window and a shed roof above the garage to give the elevation the curb appeal moment it deserved. Neither of these things were required. The homes were already for sale. We did them anyway.

That's the standard Shawn has held for over 30 years, and it hasn't changed. We're not in the business of doing the minimum to get a home sold — we're in the business of building homes we're genuinely proud of, and that means continuing to ask whether something could be better even after the sign goes in the yard. Sometimes the answer is yes, and when it is, we act on it.
