What's Coming at Shawn Forth Homes
We're thrilled to share that our newest model home is officially under construction in Lost Creek, and it's going to be our entry for the 2026 Fall Parade of Homes. Lost Creek is Edmond's premium acreage community, and if you haven't been out to see it yet, this is the perfect excuse. We've been wanting to build here for a while, and getting to debut a model home as our Parade of Homes entry makes it even more special.

This one sits on nearly a full acre, 0.98 acres to be exact, with room to breathe and a detached shop for all the extra storage, hobbies, or toys you didn't know you needed space for.
