We have to talk about color-drenching, because it's showing up in nearly every build we're working on right now, and we are obsessed. Instead of the same white walls and white trim combo we've all seen a hundred times, color-drenching means taking one bold color and running it from baseboards to ceiling — walls, trim, even built-in shelves and doors. Think a moody teal powder bathroom or a rich green study room that wraps you up the second you walk in. It's dramatic, it's cozy, and it's memorable.

Our in-house designer, Victoria, has a real eye for it, favoring deep blues and earthy greens, less primary-color playroom, more "wow, who's your designer?"
